TERMS OF SERVICE

      These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply to all access behaviors, browsing behaviors, transaction behaviors and service usage behaviors of users who enter and use our independent online service platform. By accessing, browsing, registering an account, initiating transactions and continuing to use all services provided by the platform, you fully confirm that you have carefully read, understood and unconditionally accepted all the contents of these Terms. If you do not agree to any clause in these Terms, you shall immediately stop using all services of the platform.
      We provide users with universal online transaction matching, service consultation, order management and related supporting service functions, covering unrestricted commodity and service categories, and support cross-border online interactive transaction demands. We will try our best to maintain the normal, stable and safe operation of the platform service functions, optimize the user experience according to actual operation conditions, and adjust service functions and display modes appropriately in combination with user usage feedback.
      Users shall comply with all usage specifications stipulated in these Terms during the use of platform services. You shall be solely responsible for the authenticity, legality and validity of all information you submit on the platform, including account registration information, order demand information, contact information and other personalized content. You shall not use the platform to carry out any improper, abusive or non-compliant behaviors, including but not limited to malicious brushing of data, false order creation, interference with platform normal operation, infringement of other users' legitimate rights and interests, and release of illegal and bad information.
      In terms of order and transaction services, we will try our best to match user demands accurately, push compliant service resources, and assist users in completing online order confirmation, progress inquiry and after-sales communication. All transaction rules, preferential policies and service standards are subject to the real-time display content on the platform. We reserve the right to appropriately adjust relevant service rules according to actual operation needs, and will try our best to present updated content on the platform in a timely manner for users to view.
      For account security, users shall independently keep their account login credentials, verification information and personal privacy data properly. All behaviors conducted through user accounts shall be deemed to be operated by the user themselves, and the user shall bear all corresponding responsibilities and risks. We will try our best to protect users' personal data and transaction information security in accordance with universal service specifications, and will not arbitrarily disclose or transmit user private information without user permission.
      We do not promise absolute uninterrupted and error-free service operation, and platform services may be temporarily affected by network factors, system maintenance, technical upgrading and other objective situations. We will try our best to shorten the service abnormal duration and reduce the adverse impact on users. For losses caused by objective uncontrollable factors, we do not bear corresponding liability.
      We reserve the right to modify, supplement and optimize these Terms according to service iteration and operation adjustment. The updated Terms will take effect after being displayed on the platform. Users' continued use of platform services after the update of Terms shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised clauses.
